How many guests can a reunion have?

The Chestnut Hall holds up to 120 guests standing and seats up to 100 for a meal, across 3,000 square feet indoors plus a 750-square-foot open-air balcony.

Are there hotels and restaurants near the venue?

Yes — the venue is on the historic downtown McKinney square, with restaurants, bars, coffee shops and boutiques within a few blocks, and two parking garages a short walk away. It is a practical base for out-of-town guests.

What does a reunion cost to host?

Venue rental is a flat rate: five-hour rentals are $3,000 Monday–Thursday and $3,500 Friday or Sunday; eight-hour rentals run $3,500–$5,250. Tables, gold Chiavari chairs, and setup and breakdown are included.

Can we run a slideshow or presentation?

Yes. The venue includes premium built-in sound and high-speed WiFi, which covers a playlist, a slideshow, or a short programme without additional A/V rental.
