A private, comfortable space in downtown McKinney for a celebration of life or a reception after a service — with straightforward pricing and no complicated arrangements to make.
After a service, people want somewhere to sit down together. Homes are rarely big enough, restaurants are rarely private enough, and arranging either at short notice is one more thing to carry in a week that already has too many.
The Chestnut Hall is a single private floor — no other event in the building, no shared lobby, no time pressure from the next booking. It holds up to 120 people standing or 100 seated, and the room can be arranged for a seated meal, a standing reception with tables of photographs, or a mix of both. Tables, cushioned chairs, and setup and breakdown are included, so there is nothing to arrange but the day itself.
There is an elevator alongside the stairs, full ADA accessibility, and separate restrooms on the same floor. For a gathering where the guest list spans several generations, that matters more than anything decorative.
Elevator and stair access, full ADA compliance, and restrooms on the venue floor — so older guests and anyone with limited mobility can attend comfortably.
Tables, gold Chiavari chairs with cushions, and complete setup and breakdown are included in every rental. You arrive to a room that is already ready.
No in-house catering requirement, so a family favourite, a simple lunch, or a full caterer all work. A prep kitchen and ice machine support whoever you bring.
Where the date is open, yes. Please enquire with the date you have in mind and we will respond quickly with availability — we understand these arrangements are usually made in a short window.
Up to 120 guests standing and up to 100 seated for a meal, across 3,000 square feet on a single private floor, plus a 750-square-foot open-air balcony.

Yes. The venue is on the second floor with both elevator and stair access, is fully ADA compliant, has separate women's and men's restrooms on the venue floor, and two parking garages within a short walk.
Yes to both. Banquet and high-top tables are included and work well for photograph displays and memory tables, and the venue has a fully open vendor policy — bring the caterer, or something simpler, as you prefer.
