Most event spaces are designed for evenings — dark finishes, low ceilings, lighting that only works after sunset. The Chestnut Hall was built the other way around. It sits on the second floor with walls of windows over historic downtown McKinney, so from mid-morning onward the room fills with daylight and the crystal chandeliers just add sparkle to it.
That makes it a genuinely good daytime venue: bridal showers and baby showers, yes, but also birthday brunches, retirement luncheons, club meetings, mother's day gatherings, and the morning half of a wedding weekend. Rounds for a seated meal, high-tops for mingling, or a long banquet table down the centre — the 3,000-square-foot floor takes any of it.
Gold Chiavari chairs, tables, and full setup and breakdown are included. The built-in bar handles mimosas, the full prep kitchen handles your caterer, and the private balcony gives guests somewhere to step out to.
