The main hall at The Chestnut Hall set for a quinceañera with an open dance floor

A dance floor that
doesn't need renting.

A quinceañera asks more of a room than most parties do. There is a court to process in, a vals that needs real floor space, a father-daughter dance everyone will be watching, and a photographer trying to capture all of it. Three thousand square feet of open floor plan means you clear the centre and still seat the family.

Premium sound is built into the venue, so your DJ plugs in rather than trucking in a system. The full prep kitchen takes whatever your caterer brings, the built-in bar handles the adults, and the 750-square-foot balcony over downtown McKinney gives the younger guests somewhere to spill out to between sets.

Most importantly: there are no in-house vendor requirements. The caterer your family has used for years, the baker who does the cake, the photographer your cousin recommends — all welcome, with no preferred-list markup.

Open Floor Plan

3,000 square feet with no fixed staging or columns — arrange the room around the vals and the entrance rather than working around the furniture.

Built-In Sound

Premium sound is part of the venue and high-speed WiFi comes with it, so your DJ connects and plays instead of spending an hour loading in.

Your Own Vendors

No in-house catering contract and no preferred vendor list. Bring the caterer, baker and photographer your family already knows and trusts.

Quinceañera FAQs

Questions, answered.

How much does a quinceañera venue cost in McKinney?

The Chestnut Hall rents for a flat rate: eight-hour rentals are $3,500 Monday–Thursday, $4,250 Friday and Sunday, and $5,250 Saturday. Most quinceañeras book the eight-hour rental for setup, the ceremony portion, dinner, and dancing.

Is there room for the court and the vals?

Yes. The 3,000-square-foot hall is a single open floor plan, so the centre can be cleared for the vals and the court's entrance while guests remain seated at rounds around the edges.

Can we bring our own caterer, DJ, and baker?

Yes. The venue has a completely open vendor policy with no in-house requirements. Your caterer has a full prep kitchen, your DJ has premium built-in sound, and vendors simply carry appropriate licensing and liability insurance.

How many guests can a quinceañera have?

The venue seats up to 100 guests for dinner and holds up to 120 standing, plus the 750-square-foot open-air balcony overlooking downtown McKinney.
