Oktoberfest

An elevated Bavarian celebration one story above the square — beer, bites, bands and balcony views from 11 AM to midnight. $35 all-day come-and-go pass.

Party in style and beat the Texas heat. Step inside our second-story, air-conditioned hall to cool off, grab a drink, catch the music, and head out to the balcony whenever you want to take in the festival below — then back down to the square, and back up again. Your pass is good all day.

  • Cold drinks & full bar ice-cold beer, signature drinks, and cold refreshments flowing from open to close
  • Festival eats & small bites available for purchase all day
  • Come-and-go access pop in and out all day — explore the town, then pop back in to cool off

  • High-energy DJ party beats and festive tunes to keep the afternoon rolling

7:00 – 10:00 PM

  • Live: Red Wine Band premier country and Top 40 covers, taking the stage for the night show

Downtown McKinney’s only second-story balcony

Sweeping views of the historic brick streets, the landmarks, and the Oktoberfest celebration below, from our 700-square-foot balcony. The best seat at the festival is one floor up.

Good to know

  • $35 all-day pass, per person. Food and drinks are available for purchase inside.
  • Fully air-conditioned, with elevator access to the second floor and clean, modern ADA restrooms.
  • Doors at 11 AM, last call before midnight. Come and go as you please with your pass.
  • 103 S. Chestnut St., 2nd floor, at the corner of Chestnut and Louisiana. Street parking is on the square.
