The Chestnut Hall has an open vendor policy — your caterer, your bartender, your florist, your music. All vendors are required to carry appropriate licensing and liability insurance, and we're happy to share requirements when you book.
Venue rentals range from $3,000 to $5,250 depending on the day of the week and rental length. Five-hour rentals start at $3,000 (Monday–Thursday), and full eight-hour rentals run $3,500–$5,250, with Saturdays at $5,250.
Every rental includes gold Chiavari chairs with cushions, 60" round tables, 8′ rectangular tables and high-top tables, full setup and breakdown of tables and chairs, and use of a large commercial ice machine — plus access to two nearby parking garages for your guests.
No. The Chestnut Hall has an open vendor policy — bring your own caterer, bartender, florist, DJ, photographer, and planner. All vendors are simply required to carry appropriate licensing and liability insurance.
Saturday events are booked as full eight-hour rentals ($5,250), which gives you comfortable time for setup, the celebration itself, and breakdown on our busiest day.
